This Iowa State Univ. Cyclones Rug has actual dimensions of 60" x 96" and is made with nylon carpet fibers which won't become threadbare. If properly maintained this NCAA college area rug will not wear out, but it does need to be washed when soiled.
Upon receipt, your mat should be treated with a stain-resistant product such as DuPont Stainmaster as nylon fibers can stain especially if being utilized in high traffic areas.
