MatMates (Seasonal/Holiday/Sayings Welcome Mats)

What are MatMates made of?
 MatMates interchangeable doormats are made with a non-slip backing of environmentally-friendly recycled rubber tires. The top is non-woven polyester, permanently printed with fade resistant dyes. Our innovative decorative trays are also made from non-slip recycled rubber tires, embellished with a scrollwork border and decorative zinc metal corners. Both doormats and trays are completely weatherproof and intended for outdoor use.

 What are the dimensions of the tray and the individual doormat inserts?
 The insert tray is 24" x 36" and the doormat inserts are 18" x 30"

 Can MatMates be used without the tray?
 MatMates look great and can be used standalone. But they really make a unique upscale statement when used as an insert in one of our MatMates decorative trays.

 Will the metal corners in the MatMates decorative tray rust?
 No. The corners of made of cast Zinc, which does not rust.

 How are MatMates A doormats printed?
 MatMates are permanently dyed using state-of-the-art dye sublimation printing. MatMates are fade and mildew resistant.

 Are MatMates machine washable?
 No. If a MatMates insert becomes soiled, we recommend spraying with a garden hose. A soft bristle brush with mild soap may also be used if necessary.

 How long does it take to Ship my MatMates A Order?
 Orders are all processed on business days, Mon - Fri, excluding federal holidays and are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days after your order was placed. This time may increase by up to 7 business days if your item is not currently in stock or needs to be produce. Also your order may ship on the same day that the order is placed depending on the volume of orders and stock availability.

 Will I receive notification once my items have shipped?
 Yes! You will receive a notification from support@everythingdoormats.com letting you know that your items have shipped out. This notification should also include a tracking number so you can track our items progress.

 Do the MatMates Doormat designs coordinate with the BreezeArt®, MailWraps® and Yard DeSigns® collections?
 Yes, there are more than 140 MatMatesâ„¢ Doormats that have mathing BreezeArt Flags, MailWraps Mailbox Covers and Yard DeSigns Magnets. If you are interested in creating a consistent, welcoming look when decorating the outside of your home .

 Is Everything Door Mats going to carry the BreezeArt®, MailWraps® and Yard DeSigns® collections that coordinate with the MatMatesâ„¢ doormats?
 Yes, we are currently building Everything Yard Flags that will have Garden Flags, Standard Flags, and flag accessories. Eventually we will incorporate the other outdoor decor as well.

How long do I have to wait for my mats to be produced?
 As we carry over 4000 sports related rugs, mats and products we produce the mats as they are ordered.  This means that our manufacturing turn around time is typically 7-10 business days. Certain items like the putting greens and team carpet tiles can take up to 14 business days to produce.  During our busiest seasons this time may increase by up to 5 additional business days.

 Where are our Sports Mats manufactured at?
 They are all made right here in the USA and are a great way to support local manufacturing!

 How long does it take to receive my mat once it is shipped?
 Once the items are produced they are shipped out via UPS ground service and so delivery times can vary. In addition orders are shipped on business days only; Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please allow a total of up to 6 business days for delivery via UPS Ground Service.

 Will I receive notification once my items have shipped?
 Yes! You will receive a notification from support@everythingdoormats.com letting you know that your items have shipped out.  This notification should also include a tracking number so you can track our items progress.

 Why is my order missing an item?
 In order to fill your order quickly, we may have to split your shipment based on stock availability. Check your packing slip to see if this is the case. Rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those originally approved

 Is my new Sports Mat stain resistant?
 No, the nylon fibers used to make your sports logo mat should be treated with a stain-resistant product such as DuPont Stainmaster as nylon fibers can stain especially if being utilized in high traffic areas.

 How do the nylon carpet fibers wear or how do they handle use?
 Nylon is one of the most common types of fibers used in rugs and mats today. Nylon will never become threadbare and if maintained properly a nylon rug never wears out in the conventional sense.  Nylon rugs can “ugly out or look tattered if they are not cleaned regularly.

 How can I clean my new Sports Mat?
 Almost all of our sports mats can be machine washed!  Those that cannot be machine washed include the putting greens and large area rugs (Ulti-Mat, Tailgater, Rugs and Runner Mats). These larger mats should be hand washed in a bathtub or outside using a soft bristle brush and some soapy water and then rinsed out with a hose. All mats should be hung to dry when possible although they can be laid flat to dry if necessary. Our vinyl mats, car mat and cargo mats can just be shaken out or hose off as they become soiled or dirty.

 Will Everything Door Mats be carrying more Sports Mats in the future?
 Yes! We are constantly working on adding new products and will add them as they are developed and ready to be manufactured.Â

Funny Doormats

What are the Funny Doormats made of?
 Our Funny doormats are all made from 100% Olefin® Indoor/Outdoor carpet. Olefin® is a strong durable synthetic material that is extremely stain and chemical resistant compared to nylon.

 What are the dimensions of funny welcome mats?
 All of our funny welcome mats are roughly 18" x 27"

 Where are the funny mats manufactured at?
 Almost all of our mats are made in the USA, 90% in fact! The other 10% is made in North America, not too far from the USA  And we're mighty proud of that!

 How can I clean my new Funny Door Mat?
 Care is extremely simple as all you have to do is hose it off scrub it lightly with a brush and then dry the welcome mat flat, this way the doormat stays looking fresh and new for a long time.

 How long does it take to Ship my Funny Door Mat Out?

Wildlife & Camo Doormats

What is the Milliken 5 Year Wear Warranty?
 Milliken and Company warrants that it will replace this area rug free of charge if the surface pile is worn more than 10% by abrasion within 5 years of purchase. Abrasive wear is wear resulting in a loss of fiber height from the pile surface of the area rug  This warranty applies to area rugs used indoors for residential purposes excluding stairs.

Damage caused by pets, tears, cuts, matting, crushing, burns, and improper maintenance or cleaning methods are defects caused by the purchaser and are not included in this warranty.

 Who are the Milliken Artists?
 The Hautman Brothers (James Hautman, Robert Hautman, and Joseph Hautman) are one of the foremost familys of wildlife artists in America.  All three have received numerous awards & honors.  In addition they have competed and been a strong presence in many state and national duck stamp competitions.  The mat designs showcased here have been licensed and approved by the respective brother that created the artwork.

 Eddie LeRoy was chosen by Waterfowl USA to be the 1990-1991 sponsored print artist of the year.He has won the Alabama Wildlife Federation's Art Competition, the 1990-1991 Florida Wild Turkey Stamp competition. He won the 1998-1999 Arkansas Turkey Stamp, the 1999-2000 Alabama Duck Stamp, the National Wild Turkey 2000 Wild Turkey Stamp and the 2000 Texas Wild Turkey Stamp. Also the 2003 Quail Unlimited Stamp and the Arkansas 2003 Turkey Stamp. Twice, he has been in the top 20 in the Federal Duck Stamp competition, and many others. His paintings are also exclusively featured on Team Realtree Outdoor T-shirts sold nationwide through department stores. Eddie has done work for Ducks Unlimited national art package and the art package for the Nation Wild Turkey Federation, Buckmasters and other wildlife organizations. Each picture he paints is an actual place with a real story behind it. His subjects are as varied as his interests, which send him all over North America and Canada for his field studies and commissions.

 What are the Texas and Rockport Rope Doormats Made from?
 Our Texas and Rockport Rope Doormats are made from a new polypropylene rope that is manufactured just for these mats. These 'ropes" are more similar to carpet yarn in make so that makes them soft to the touch compared to other rope doormats.

 Where can I use my Rope Doormat?
 The Texas & Rockport Rope doormats can be used either indoor or outdoor and because of their construction are extremely durable and long lasting.

 How do I clean and care for my rope doormat?
 Care is extremely simple, hose it off or toss it in the washing machine on cold and then hang it out to dry. The Carpet Yarn used to make the mats is rot, mold and mildew resistant. In addition the mats dry very quickly as the repel water.

 Will my Texas rope doormat fade?
 As With all things they will fade in time if exposed to sunlighted for extended periods of time. That said the rope used to make the mats is UV Stabilized  which means that the color is much less likely to fade quickly like many other colors and products do.

 How long does it take to get my new rope doormat?
 Our rope doormats are made to order just for you. Typically there is a 2-3 business day time to produce your mat before it is shipped out. Once it is shipped out we ship via UPS good services which can take anywhere from 1-6 business days depending on your location in the continental US. So total time is typically 4-9 business days from the time that you order your mat.
